Glazed at Home

Say what you will about digital tools and apps that try to imitate paintings from pictures. (Really. Say it. I want to hear what you think -- I'm a bit torn.) I downloaded an app called Glaze a while back and now I can't help but to muck around with it when I see one of my photos as an oil or watercolor painting. These images are as they come out (no Photoshop) and are rarely perfect. But isn't that the way they should be? They look best when printed on canvas or some kind of textured paper or stock. (Or, in your trash folder, if that's how you feel.) These are some that were originally shot somewhere around the United States.
